NiceLinkX is committed to providing a safe and reliable URL shortening service. We do not tolerate any form of abuse, including but not limited to:

• Malicious content – phishing, malware, ransomware, or any harmful software.
• Spam – mass distribution of unsolicited or deceptive links.
• Illegal activities – links facilitating fraud, trafficking, or other unlawful acts.
• Harassment / abuse – links used to bully, threaten, or defame individuals.
• Intellectual property infringement – links to pirated or counterfeit material.

Consequences

Violations will result in the immediate removal of the offending shortened link. Since NiceLinkX does not require user accounts, we enforce our policy through technical measures — including permanently blacklisting the original (long) URL from being re-shortened and applying IP-based restrictions to prevent further abuse. We also reserve the right to report illegal or harmful activity to the appropriate authorities, law enforcement, or hosting providers. All enforcement actions are taken at our sole discretion.

If you suspect abuse, please use our Report Abuse form. We investigate all reports promptly.

By using NiceLinkX, you agree to the following terms:

1. Acceptance

Using our service constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Usage

You may use NiceLinkX to shorten URLs for personal, non-commercial purposes. Bulk shortening is allowed for legitimate use cases. We reserve the right to rate-limit or block excessive requests.

3. Prohibited Use

You must not use NiceLinkX for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes as outlined in our Abuse Policy.

4. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or that links will remain active indefinitely. We may remove links that violate our policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

NiceLinkX is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or reputational harm.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
